Hi! I  would like to request for a downloadable copy of the latest edition of Barangay Operations Manual. I will be using this as a reference for my presentation on the accounting guidelines on DRRMF.

Warm greetings from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

Thank you for your request dated 12 September 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In your request, you asked for a copy of the latest edition of Barangay Operations Manual.

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot accommodate your request, since we cannot verify the ID you have uploaded in the eFOI portal.

In order for us to properly facilitate your request for information, please attach a copy of your valid government ID and your complete address.

Please be informed that on 12 September 2023 an e-mail was sent to your declared e-mail address, requesting for a copy of your valid ID, however, no response was received by the DBM Public Assistance.

In this regard, we regret to inform you that this specific request shall be denied for being classified as an invalid request.
