Good day. I am a legal researcher working for the National Transmission Corporation of the Philippines, a GOCC which plans to conduct RT-PCR testing for all our employees. We need the following information in order to determine the procedure in procuring RT-PCR swab kits and if public funds can be accessed therefore.

1. What is the procedure in procuring RT-PCR swab kits.
2. May we request for government funds in procuring RT-PCR swab kits.
