Hello, I would like to know some information about spending guidelines for SUC in Region 6. Our student council underspent hundreds of thousand last semester that is supposed to be allotted for the students just because they are saving budget for a planned infrastracture. I would like to know if the DBM allows these practices.

You asked for Spending guidelines on SUC in region 6.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose the response on the information you requested.

Inasmuch as we could only provide comments based on existing policies in accordance with the provisions of RA No. 8292 and other relevant guidelines, we defer to the State University the resolution of the instant request.
