Dear Ms. Rivera,

This pertains to your request for the release of the financial assistance to a health worker  who contracted contracted COVI-19. 

Please note that the procedural  process for  claiming compensation are prescribed under DOH-DOLE-DBM Joint Administrative Order No. 2020-0001.

May we highlight that under Item VI of the said Joint Administrative Order, the claims shall be processed by the DOH- Central Office or the DOH-Centers for Health Development located in all regions of the country. 

Attached is a copy of the said issuance for your ready reference.
