I WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR THE PROGRESS BETWEEN DOH AND DBM REGARDING ON THE BUDGET OF ONE COVID ALLOWANCE. 

GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE HEALTHWORKERS ARE VERY DISMAYED ON THE SLOW RELEASE OF OCA.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 19, 2022 10:18:12 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for PROGRESS ON OCA.

Response to Request

DBM released the amount of ₱7.919 Billion to DOH under SARO No. SARO-BMB-B-22-0001933 dated February 14, 2022 for the payment of OCA, chargeable against the DOH Regular Agency Fund, FY 2022 GAA, R.A. 11639 for the purpose.

To date, we have received an additional request for OCA from DOH on September 13, 2022, which covers the period of January to June 2022. The request is subject for evaluation by DBM and once the supporting documents are found to be in order, this Department will immediately process the budgetary documents for release to DOH.

We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter.
