Greetings!

I'm one of the scholar that was endorsed by the DOST-SEI for the deployment of the scholar graduates under RA 7687, year 2021. In this notice, I contacted our division (Division of Zamboanga Del Norte, Region IX) last year with regards to the NOSCA. They told me that they received a NOSCA but for scholar graduates under RA 10612 only. Until today they haven't received a NOSCA for scholar graduates under RA 7687. With this matter, I would like to raise my concern with regards to the issuance of the NOSCA for scholar graduates under RA 7687 in the Division of Zamboanga Del Norte.
