Good day, I would like to request a copy of the Enhanced Revised Organizational Structure and Staffing Standards of Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers.

Good day, and also,  I would like to request a copy of the Planning and Design Guidelines for Orphanages and Rehabilitation Center Health Facilities.

Dear Jherick Tagudin,

Greetings!

This pertains to your request for a copy of the Enhanced Revised Organizational Structure and Staffing Standards (ROSS)  of Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers (TRCs), as well as the Planning and Design Guidelines for Orphanages and Rehabilitation Centers.

For your perusal, attached is a copy of Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-Department of Health (DOH) Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2023 which prescribes the ROSS of TRCs.

As regards your other request, we suggest that you  coordinate with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (for Orphanages) and the DOH (for Rehabilitation Centers) as the said agencies are better qualified to address your request.
