Dear Mr. Garcia,

This pertains to your request for a copy of the latest Hospital Organization and Staffing Pattern.

A copy of the existing standards on organization structure and staffing pattern (OSSP) of government hospitals may be accessed from the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph under Compendium of Issuances on Organization, Staffing, Position Classification and Compensation.

Corollary, please be informed of the ongoing efforts of the DBM and the Department of Health to update said standards.
