Dear Sir/Madam: 

I am currently undertaking a study on the role played by tobacco companies in the Yolanda rehabilitation efforts. With this in mind, I would like to request for the following information: 

-Report on the Php100 million of Philip Morris International for Yolanda rehabilitation. 
-Total donation of tobacco companies to the government through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from 2013 to 2018. 
-The contribution of sin taxes on the health budget.
