Hi Ma'am/Sir,

May I request for clarification po on the charging of reimbursable RATA for OIC personnel. Should the said reimbursable RATA be charged from PS or MOOE taking into consideration the insufficiency of allotment for it in PS?

Dear Mohammad Arsann Anni,

This refers to your request  for clarification on the funding source for  payment of Representation and Transportation Allowance (RATA).

The amended rules on regulations on the grant of RATA are provided under National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 548.   Section 13 thereof  is a discussion on the fund sources for payment of RATA.

A copy of the NBC may be downloaded from our website www.dbm.gov.ph
