I wish to ask if there are truth in hearsays about the new cycle for NBC461 for the faculty members of Mindanao University of Science & Technology, which is now renamed anew as University of Science & Technology of Southern Philippines.

This is because newly-hired faculty members since 2015 are denied of being promoted or ranked according to their rightful credentials & merits, which eventually affects the salary grading system.
