As part of my research work, I'm presently working on constructing a dataset of discretionary public expenditures in the Philippines and I was wondering if the links to access the publicly-available datasets of the PDAF disbursements are still available. For example, these pages don't seem to load: http://pdaf.dbm.gov.ph/index.php?r=Site/District_breakdown_rel2/legislatorId/296/districtID/156/fy/2013May I know if these datasets have already been moved to a different page or if they are in the process of being moved? The link above is a sample of the PDAF breakdown for Henedina Abad of Batanes.

You asked for PDAF Full dataset.

Response to Request

Our apologies for the delayed response on your request dated December 7, 2018 due to busy season particularly on the month of December because of voluminous budget releases as well as the preparation of various year-end reports.

On your query on the links on PDAF datasets, please be informed that the said reports are no longer available in the DBM website since some information are still under litigation. 

The DBM FOI People’s Manual provides for the list of exceptions, one of which is document or information pertaining to matters under litigation, the purpose of which is to prejudge a pending issue before a court or obstruct the administration of justice.
