[Text Redacted] and Im writing for my Client Dr. Eva Gladys Vano, retired public school teacher and subject of the referred DBM Opinion.
Considering that my client has only gotten hold of the stated Legal Opinion, and in order to claim the benefits accorded her, we hope to be issued a certified true copy of the Legal Opinon and such other necessary document as might help her obtain the benefits due for for the rendered public service.
