Good day

In reference to my request with tracking code #DBM-465353029564, here are the other needed information by the DBM to properly facilitate my request.

I am a Secondary School Teacher I from the Isabela City Division, Zamboanga Peninsula, Region IX of the Department of Education (DepEd).

My Equivalent Record Form (ERF) was approved for Teacher III on November 02, 2022 by the DepEd, Region IX Office . I'm one of the five (5) teachers from our school; Baluno National High School, who seek for promotion and only my name was not in the approved NOSCA sometime last August 2023.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 01, 2023 12:57:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch wherein you requested for the status of NOSCA.

Anent this, please be informed that to date, this office has not yet receive any request for Staffing Modification from DepEd Schools Division of Isabela City, specifically that containing your request for reclassification. 

Hence, may we suggests for you to follow-up your request with the Division Office concerned or DepEd Regional Office IX.

Your right to request a review
