Dear John Nelson Gallego,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated July 29, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch requesting an update in the issuance of NOSCA for the newly established Bulacan 3rd DEO . 

As far as DBM Regional Office III is concerned, we  have not yet received any instructions from our Central Office for the creation of said positions under DPWH  Bulacan 3rd DEO.

In view hereof, we will refer your issue to Department of Public Works and Highways–Regional Office III as they are in the best position to answer your query.
