Dear Mr. Esquillona,

This refers to your query regarding the issuance of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) reflecting the reclassification of your position as Special Education Teacher III.

We would like to inform you that the issuance of the NOSCA has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices (ROs).  Hence, we suggest that you coordinate directly with DBM Regional Office No. III as regards your concern.
