I would like to request information about the nature of the fund covered by  SARO G-10-06892 amounting to Php1,000,000.00.  This was released to the Municipality of Oras, Eastern Samar, however, it is unclear if it was a PDAF allocation or not.  

If possible, may I also request a copy of  SARO G-10-0689 and Notice of Funding Check Issued for Check No. 1453751.
