Hi! I would like to know if a faculty is designated as ICT Director and serving the whole university with three (3) campuses is qualified to claim/be granted for RATA?

The Clients being served as ICT Director are Students and Employee of all Campuses of a University

This refers to your query on whether the designated ICT Director of a State University is entitled to Representation and Transportation Allowances (RATA).

May we highlight that the rules and regulations governing the  grant of RATA to government officials/employees are prescribed in National Budget Circular No. 548.  
 
A copy of the Circular is attached for your ready reference.
