Dear Mr. Alcones,

This pertains to your request for any available issuance re: position titles and compensation for research and extension staff in a Level 2 State College.

The Index of Occupational Services, Occupational Groups, Classes and Salary Grades, IOS for brevity,  provides  a list of all position titles existing in the Position Classification Plan of the Philippine Government.  

On the other hand, National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 572 provides the guidelines for the implementation of the Third Tranche compensation Adjustment of civilian personnel under Executive Order (EO) Ni. 201.

Both issuances are available at the website of the Department of Budget and Management  www.dbm.gov.ph.
