Good day. I am Engr Cesar Suarez of Moses and Partners Management Company, a construction project management company based in Davao City. We are currently preparing Procedures Manual for UP Mindanao and would like to ask your assistance on what are the procedures needed or checklist to be complied in case there is a need to request for release of funds from DBM when certain amount of ABC has been returned to DBM due to non-completion of project within the year specified by DBM. Sorry, I don't exactly know the term used for this. Thank you very much for your assistance.
