Dear Robertson Tiwanac,

This refers to your request for a copy of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) of the Philippine Rubber Research Institute (PRRI). 

At the onset, may we highlight that the NOSCA is issued by the DBM to formalize any approved staffing action such as the creation of positions, abolition of positions, etc. .  We have no current record of any approved staffing action for the PRRI

Corollary, may we note that the PRRI is lodged directly under the Office of the Secretary, Department of Agriculture (DA).  You may wish to coordinate directly with the DA should you require further information on the matter.
