Greetings! 

I am Ma. Nina Pamela R. Castro, a Journalism student from College of Mass Communication, University of the Philippines Diliman. In partial fulfillment of the requirements in my Data Journalism class under Prof. Yvonne Chua, I am conducting a research on Special Education (SPED) students through the use of data sets.

In line with this, I am requesting DepEd's budget allocation for special education centers and programs in Quezon City.
