I would like to request for the regional breakdown of Infrastructure Outlays from 2012 to 2015, similar to the tables B.6.a.-B.6.c. from 2016 to 2018 in this page (https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/budget-documents/2018/besf-table-2018).

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/budget-documents/previous-years on the BESF archives, download the zipped files and check the A4 and B6 files. May we also inform you that the regional breakdown of the infrastructure breakdown may not be available for the prior years.
