Good morning po.
I write to respectfully follow up on the issuance of the NOSCA relative to my reclassification as Election Officer III of Dimasalang, Masbate which was evaluated by the Personnel Department of COMELEC in a Memorandum dated July 31, 2019 informing me about my reclassification from Election Officer II to III but pending the issuance of the NOSCA.
