Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated May 04, 2020 11:29:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Please be informed that pursuant to DOF and DBM Joint Circular No. 2016-1 dated January 4, 2016, the Bureau of Treasury is the one responsible in crediting the IRA to the depository account of LGUs on a monthly basis. For FY 2020, the IRA of Barangay Malipampang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan amounts to P5,739,176.00 under LBM No. 78-A dated December 17, 2019 and the estimate monthly IRA is P478,265.00 while in 2019, the total IRA and monthly estimated IRA of the barangay amounts to P5,087,999.00 and P424,000.00 respectively.
You may also verify the amount in the Bureau of Treasury as the release of IRA is now under the mandate of the said agency.
With regards to the barangay projects, you may coordinate with your barangay officials and Municipal Budget Officer as the approval/authorization and review of the barangay's annual budget is delegated to Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Bayan, respectively.
