Good day!

I would like to request a soft copy of Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Budget Circular No. 16 dated November 28, 1998. I have tried searching for it in the DBM's website but to no avail. It would be of great help to me and my agency if you could provide a copy.

Looking forward to your response.

Thank you.
