Hi! I am respectfully asking for the infrastructure spending ( and where it was spent) of Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija as of the calendar year 2016. There are many issues regarding about that due to alleged corruption to our mayor.
Personal curiosity made me consult to your help.

Is it necessary to give it more than one month before I got information I want to know? Or just myself? Or just I'm too excited? Why is that? I'm not short-tempered though. But I think this request is very long due. Oh, I though this provision is effective. I'm wrong. 15 days is too long.

I think this FOI is not Freedom at all. I think it;s a freedom with condition as well as collusion, I'm sorry for being hostile because I expect too much, Supposed to be the executive order should, must and shall follow. I'm not dumb when it comes to modals.

And I know my request won't fall to what we call "166 exceptions" because this matters about public. I'm still waiting, If this request is denied, then I may question the reliability of this portal.

We wish to respectfully inform you that the said data in currently not available to DBM. The DBM only reviews the Annual Budget of the Provinces and Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs). Municipalities under Provinces submit their Annual Budget with their respective Sanggunian Panglungsod are the ones who review and approve their budgets.
