This refers to your request for a  complete list of plantilla positions in the Department of Health  (DOH) entitled to Representation and Transportation Allowances (RATA).

At the outset, may we note that RATA is granted to select government officials to cover related expenses incidental  to and in connection with the actual performance of their respective functions. The rules and regulations on the grant of RATA is provided under National Budget Circular No 548.  A copy of the said Circular is attached for your ready reference. 

With regard to your request, we believe that the DOH will be in a better position to provide you with the needed information.
