Dear Rachelle Tonelada,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 29, 2020 01:24:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Covid-19 Related Funds.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

To ensure the transparency and accountability of funds dedicated to COVID-19 programs and projects, the Executive submits a weekly report to Congress as prescribed by the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act, which can also be viewed in the Laging Handa PH website. Likewise, the DBM regularly publishes on its website the status of releases for COVID-19 measures (https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/programs-projects/status-of-covid-19-releases).

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the Department of Finance is in a better position to provide the information on the amount of loans borrowed from development partners and grants received by the Philippine Government.

My apologies for the late reply. I encountered a problem in accessing the FOI dashboard and the matter was just resolved last October 15, 2020.
