Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 17, 2020 08:13:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for NAPOLCOM Death and TPPD Benefits.

Please note that the DBM has already released the necessary SAROs and NCAs pursuant to the provision of the GAA. On the other hand, the utilization or use of funds by the agency concerned is subject to existing budgeting, accounting, and auditing laws, rules and regulations. Thus, any interested party should coordinate and communicate their concerns on the matter with the DILG-NAPOLCOM.

Your FOI request is approved. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Wendel E. Avisado and weavisado@dbm.gov.ph.
