Good day! Since you are still finalizing the updated IOS, we would like to request a Certification that the following positions are in the IOS:
Procurement Officer I (SG-11)
Procurement Management Officer II (SG-13)
Procurement Management Officer III (SG-16)
Procurement Management Officer IV (SG-20)
Procurement Management Officer V (SG-22)
Procurement Management Officer VI (SG-24)
Procurement Management Officer VII (SG-25)
If not, Please issue us a Certification that indicates that the positions are not in the IOS & Please leave us a contact number for inquiries. Thank you!

Dear Mr. Caberoy,
This refers to your request for a Certification that the Procurement Management Officer (PMO) series of positions are included in the Index of Occupational Services (IOS) currently being updated by this Department.
Please be informed that the PMO series of positions is used exclusively by the Procurement Service and the Government Procurement Policy Board-Technical Support Office.
Corollary, pursuant to National Budget Circular No. 558, the Procurement Unit of agencies shall be staffed by administrative positions.
A copy of the Circular may be accessed at the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph.
