Your FOI request is approved. Under Sec. 2.2.3 of Local Budget Memorandum Circular No. 75, the DBM Regional Office concerned notifies the individual LGUs of their IRA allocation, thus, may I refer you to our DBM RO I who handles the Province of Pangasinan and the LGUs under it.
