I would like to request  for the editable Excel file of the breakdown of DOH's annual MOOEs (2000-2022).
I noticed that only data for 2018 is available in your website: https://www.dbm.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/BESF2018/Table-B.3.C-MOOE.pdf
