Hi, I am Ernesto B. Llauderes III, a DOST JLSS 2018 Scholar graduate from Capiz State University, Roxas City. I would to inquire the status of the NOSCA for our Service obligation to the Department of Education as stipulated in our signed contract. Thank you very much.
