My application for Reclassifcation from Teacher I to Teacher III was processed by DepEd Division Office of Tagum last April 15, 2021. In line with this, may I inquire about the status regarding the issuance of its NOSCA. Thank you.

Your query on the status of the issuance of NOSCA for reclassification of your item from Teacher I to Teacher III.
Our records show that our Office received the request of DepED RO XI last May 29, 2021. Accordingly, NOSCA No. 1102021-05-025 dated June 2, 2021 was issued for the Schools Division of Tagum City which includes the reclassification of your item no. OSEC-DECSB-TCH1-754263-2018 under La Filipina National High School.
Attached is a copy of the transmittal letter and NOSCA for your reference.
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.
Your right to request a review
