I would like to ask fro guidelines for the grant of Honoraria for the assignment in special projects except 2007-1 which is specific for GAA 2007. Any recent DBM circular same with 2007-1.

Dear Mr. Ugay,

This refers to your request for a copy of the DBM Circular on the grant of honoraria for assignment in special projects.  

DBM Budget Circular No. 2007-2 provides the guidelines on the grant of honoraria to those assigned in special projects.  A copy of the Circular may be accessed from our website www.dbm.gov.ph under Publications < Compendium of Issuances on Organization, Staffing, Position Classification and Compensation.
