Your Request

You asked for Budget allocated on hardship allowance given to public school teachers and its computation.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. The FY 2019 allocation for hardship allowance of public school teachers as provided in the FY 2019 General Appropriations Act, RA No. 11260, is P2,152,162,000.00.  I also enclose a copy of National Budget Circular No. 514 dated December 5, 2007 with the subject, Guidelines on the Grant of Special Hardship Allowance.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Wendel A. Avisado, Department of Budget and Management, Malacanang, Manila.
