I am Regine B. Española from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila currently taking BS Sociology conducting a study on the rate of dropouts and repeaters in urban and rural public high schools in the Philippines.  Along with this I am requesting for a data on allocated budget for education per region, provinces, cities and municipalities in the Philippines.
