Hello.

Good day!

I would like to request any document or DBM Circular regarding guidelines on the participation of government officials and employees in conventions, seminars, and training sponsored or conducted by a GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION. Is it also limited to Php2,000 per day for each participant?
