Dear Maricris Abadilla,
I refer to my letter of May 03, 2019 12:45:08 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Internal Revenue Allotment of Balud Masbate.
Our response to your request is due on May 24, 2019 12:45:08 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because details for FYs 1992-2008 shall be checked with our Central Records Division since the retention of said document is now with them based on our current policy for the disposition of records. However, since RA No. 7160 wherein IRA was mentioned was enacted on FY 1991, thus, there was no IRA before 1992.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Jun 21, 2019 12:45:08 PM.
