Hi! I would like to request information for the following:

1) Public infrastructure budget, comparing the appropriation amount (GAA) versus actual spending, preferably by department
2) Public infrastructure budget, in terms of allocation by province
3) DBM's analysis of what can commonly causes underspending for public infrastructure

Thank you for your reply, I look forward to hearing back. I have an addition to my request: May I also have data on public infrastructure spending by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), comparing GAA budget versus actual spending, by province, from the years 2010 - 2017?
