Hi,

I would like to request for all available data on the releases from the Contingent Fund of 2022 from December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

I would like to see where the CF was spent for this period under the 2022 GAA.

You asked for RELEASES FROM THE CONTINGENT FUND DECEMBER 2022.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve the releases from the Contingent Fund as of December 31, 2022,  through this link:

From the said link, please click Special Purpose Fund to display the releases made from the Contingent Fund. 

Please note that data are reported cumulatively by month, hence, you may derive the releases made for the month of December 2022.

I am not happy with the response given because you merely directed me to the listing of the document on the website. I want a copy of an actual document citing the legal basis for each release from the contingent fund for the FY.
