Your request

You asked for Installation of cctv project.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance may we respectfully inform that Item 5.0 of DBM Circular Letter No. 2021-2 dated February 9, 2021 provides that the DBM shall directly deal only with the Agency Head or Local Chief Executive (LCE) or his/her duly authorized representative who must be an organic personnel of the National Government Agency/Local Government Unit (LGU).

Inquiries made through other means, such as electronic mail or through the eFOI, may be entertained provided that the sender must provide an authorization letter signed by the local chief executive, i.e., Punong Barangay, authorizing the sender to inquire about the status of the said request for financial assistance and a copy of the sender's LGU ID.

In this regard, we are proscribed from disclosing information regarding the status or details of fund releases to individuals other than the LCE or his/her duly authorized representative who must be an organic personnel of the LGU.
