Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 20, 2021 12:02:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for 2017 AFP Lumpsum Differential 2017.

Please be informed that the DND-AFP has yet to submit a Special Budget Request to this Department covering the adjustment of Retirement Gratuity Pay of Retired MUP as a result of JR No. 1.  Relatedly, we suggest that you coordinate first with the agency concerned for verification of facts, and/or appropriate action on this matter.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
