Hi good day ma'am/sir.

I wish to be enlighten and inquire if how many months does NOSCA be approved and issued?

I would like to follow up on the status of my NOSCA. My document (Approved ERF) were forwarded to DepEd Region VII on July 21, 2023. It was a reclass from Teacher I to Teacher III.

I am hoping for a positive response about this matter. Thank you very much and God bless.

Dear Judy Ann Ruaya,

Greetings!

Please be informed that your request for reclassification of position was included in a consolidated request by DepEd ROVII which was forwarded to the DBM ROVII last January 18, 2024. Our standard processing time for Staffing Modification (ERF) requests is twenty (20) working days from the date of receipt. However, the DBM's Government Manpower Information System (GMIS) is currently undergoing initialization for FY 2024, hence evaluation is held in abeyance until initialization is completed.

Rest assured that the request will be processed as soon as we have the go signal from our DBM Central Office. Copies of approved NOSCA will be provided to the Deped RO, copy furnished the SDO, thus you may follow-up your concern directly with said offices. 

Please be guided accordingly.
