I would like to request a copy of the Individual Annual Budget Plans of LGUs in Region 10 from 2020-2022 because my study covers how much is being allocated to Local Agriculture Offices.

You asked for Annual Budget Plan of  all LGU in Northern Mindanao ( Region X) from 2020 to 2022.

Response to Request

Please be informed that our Office does not maintain copies of Annual Budgets of LGUs in Region 10. Please take note that pursuant to Section 326 of RA No. 7160, the reviewing function of the DBM is limited only to the Appropriation Ordinances (AOs) authorizing the annual or supplemental appropriations as submitted by the five (5) provinces and two (2) highly-urbanized cities in Region 10.

In this regard, we suggest that you directly coordinate your request to the concerned LGUs. You can also visit their respective LGU websites in the “Transparency” link for their detailed budgets per office under the LGU.

Please be guided accordingly.
