Thank you for your request dated May 23, 2022 01:03:56 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for GAA for DOH including that of the classifications of projects and programs.

Response to Request

•	It is to be noted that the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for the fiscal years 2001, 2004, and 2006 are Reenacted Budgets, which is authorized under Section 25 (7), Article VI of the 1987 Constitution which states that if by the end of any fiscal year, Congress failed to pass the General Appropriations Bill (GAB) for the ensuing year, the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for the preceding year shall be deemed reenacted and shall remain in force and effect until the GAB is passed by Congress.

•	On the other hand, queries pertaining to the specific programs, activities, and projects to which the budget is allocated, should be addressed to the DOH.
