Good day,

I am a Barangay Secretary

Allow me to ask if the Sangguniang Kabataan with an approved budget CY 2022 and has no approved CY 2023 cannot use the latter budget as re-enacted budget.

If they cannot do such, can you provide me a guidelines as legal basis since our SK Chairperson ask me for guidance.
