Response to Request

Please be informed that the DBM Budget Execution Guidelines (BEG) No. 2004-1 dated January 8, 2004 was issued for concerned DBM Offices only, to prescribe rules and regulations to be adopted on certain budget execution related matters.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot furnish you the information you have requested since the said BEG is internal to the DBM only.
