Hi! I would like to know when will the budget circular be release for the use and disbursement of the funds for the Human Resource for Health. A lot of nurses, midwives, dentists and medtechs are awaiting for the DBM so that the deployment can start as soon as possible. Thank you so much and God bless us all!
